Returns & Exchanges
To return a product:
- Contact Us: Via 1-800-832-0055 Or email so that we set up a RMA for you.
- Send back the product to us
Most of the time you will need to send it to us at Itin Scale Co., Inc. Returns Department 4802 Glenwood Rd. Brooklyn, NY 11234.
In some cases you will need to send it back directly to the manufacturer so please make sure you contact us first
It is a good idea to send it back via UPS, FedEx or USPS with tracking.
- When sending back a product please keep in mind that all product being ruturned must be in the original box he manuals, parts and paperwork intact.
- After we receive the product back please give us a few day to prosses the return and give you a refund
Please note:
We accept returns within 30 days of shipment.
There is a 20% restocking fee.
You may set up a Exchanges and we will waive the restocking fee
Custom Items including calibrated weights and calibrated weight sets are non-returnable
Shipping charges are not non-returnable.
We do not pay for return shipping.
International
Orders
Polar heart rate monitors cannot be shipped internationally.
Sales to Alaska and Hawaii are
shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air only. Please email us

shipped via United Parcel Service International Express, where
available. Please email us

Note: For international sales, defective items must be returned to our company at the customer's expense.
Payment terms for International
Sales:
- Prepay in US dollars
by bank certified checks drawn on a United States bank, payable
to Itin Scale Co., Inc.
- VISA, MasterCard, American
Express or Discover. Note that your billing address
must match your shipping address for all international
orders

Purchase
Orders
Purchase orders are accepted from
our corporate and education-related customers. Please
fax your official purchase order to us at 718-627-1313. First
time customers, please provide us with a bank reference number
and account number, the year your business was established,
and (3) non-credit card trade references.
Our terms are net 30 days with
credit approval. Customers will be invoiced on the day
the order is shipped. Payment is due within 30 days of
invoice. A 1.5% monthly interest fee will be added to
any unpaid balance.
